We are pleased to announce that the new Mining System has been implemented!

Players can now enter the mining area, locate Variant Minerals, and break them using normal attacks for a chance to receive valuable refinement materials. Rewards range from common materials such as Rough Oridecon and Rough Elunium to rare materials such as HD Etel Bradium and HD Etel Carnium.

Map: pay_dun00

Please be careful. The mining area is a PvP zone, which means other players may attack you while you are mining.

How Mining Works

1. Travel to pay_dun00.
2. Search for a Variant Mineral.
3. Attack the mineral using normal attacks.
4. Skills cannot be used to damage the mineral.
5. Each mineral requires multiple normal attacks to break.
6. Once the mineral is destroyed, the player who delivers the final attack receives one mining attempt.
7. Each mining attempt has a 45% chance of success.
8. A successful attempt rewards exactly one randomly selected mining material.
9. If the attempt fails, no mining material will be awarded.

There are 44 Variant Minerals available around the map. Minerals appear at random walkable locations and respawn approximately 3 seconds after being destroyed.

Mining Reward Rates

The percentage below is the chance of receiving each item after the mining attempt succeeds.

The complete reward table contains 23 different mining materials, with all reward weights totaling exactly 100% of successful attempts.

Understanding the Percentages

Every destroyed mineral has a:

• 45% chance to award a mining material
• 55% chance to award nothing

Material reward rate

If mining succeeds, the system randomly selects one material using the reward percentages listed above. For example:

• Rough Oridecon has a 14% chance of reward after success.
• The overall chance is 45% × 14% = 6.30% per destroyed mineral.
• HD Etel Bradium has a 0.75% chance of reward after success.
• The overall chance is 45% × 0.75% = 0.3375% per destroyed mineral.

Mining Area Rules

The following rules are active inside pay_dun00:

• PvP is enabled.
• Party protection is disabled.
• Guild protection is disabled.
• Teleportation is disabled.
• Players must remain alert while mining.
• The player who lands the killing attack on the mineral receives the mining attempt

The Gladius Hunting Mission NPC has been updated with the following improvements:

• Expanded Reward Pool: Added new items to the mission reward shop.

• Enhanced Tracking: Players can now instantly view their total Mission Points and active mission progress directly from the main dialogue menu.

• Reduced Cooldown: The mission refresh cooldown has been significantly decreased from 12 hours to 5 minutes.
